It gives me great joy and honor to inform you that Competent Communicator Blessing Mandipira, Vice President Membership for Capital Toastmasters Club, is back from the Contest in Pretoria.  He carried the Zimbabwean flag high and was awarded a shield as follows:

 

2^nd Place

Impromptu Contest

District 74 Division A

2012/2013

 

He was also awarded a Certificate of Participation.  That is awesome, especially given that Blessing joined Toastmasters (Capital Club) barely a year ago, and continues to be a source of inspiration not only for me personally, but many other Toastmasters across the clubs I am sure.

 

Well done Blessing.  You represented Zimbabwe well and have made Capital Toastmaster Club very proud.

 

Allow me to take this opportunity to thank each person who contributed towards Blessing’s trip to Pretoria.  We are extremely grateful for your support.  Let's continue this phenomenal spirit.

 

I encourage all members of Executive, Engineers, H-Metro and Capital Clubs to come to Capital Club’s meeting on 22 October 2012 and help us celebrate Blessing and his well deserved achievements.  I look forward to seeing you all in your numbers.  Make the time, you never know, we may be celebrating you next time.
