Dear Friends,

The Board of Directors of ecoWise Holdings Limited have proposed;
     special interim tax exempt cash dividend for the financial year
     ending 31 October 2007 of 3.0 cents net per ordinary share
     renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 249,975,000 at an
     issue price of S$0.01 for each Rights Share, with up to 83,325,000
     free detachable warrant on the basis of:-
           three Rights Shares for every one Share held by Entitled
           Shareholders
           one Warrant for every three Rights Shares subscribed
     and the availability of option to elect to utilise the Cash Dividend
     to subscribe for the Rights Shares
Attached is the announcement on the proposed cash dividend and rights cum
warrants issue for your reference and retention.
