On Monday, April 24th from 11 am to 2 pm, EPA's Office of Air and Radiation is going to have a teleconference to receive comments on the President's Executive Order to consider repeal, replace, modify existing regs. This is open to the public to listen in and/or to make comments. You can also submit comments via the link to an EPA docket set up for this purpose which I've included below along with the attached file that has more info on both the teleconference and submitting comments to the docket.
Any air quality regulation is fair game to bring up via this comment mechanism.
Ben and Cynthia, -- feel free to circulate this to the Conservation Committee listserve if you feel it is appropriate. While they are looking for comments about what to repeal or replace, I think it would be good for us to have comments supporting both current regs on fossil fuels and the need for more regulation of methane emissions from wells and other sources.
