The values of establishing a regional enterprise of a construction demolition salvage and reuse center are many.

Transitioning to an economy that will reuse materials reclaimed from the waste stream is imperative to greatly reduce market demand for materials mined in countless ecosystems being destroyed around the world.
Skilled laborers that deconstruct a building need to be compensated. A new niche in the labor force can be carved out. Reskilling and maker spaces rock.
Plans are afoot. The City of Troy is moving into planning to with others regionally. How can interested people be in touch with one another to share developments?
