Dear Friends,

The Fifth Annual Renewable Energy Sustainable Living Fair, sponsored by Community Advocates for a Sustainable Environment (CASE), will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 10-4 (virtually.)
We're pleased that we don't have to cancel our Fair due to Covid-19 and happy to continue to offer people in the Capital District area a one-stop shopping/information space for renewable energy and sustainable living products, services and ideas.

We will host the event on our own website. We will have an exhibition hall* that will connect visitors to your website and an overview of your organization. You can also send us your Zoom account link and we will put it in your “booth,” which will allow visitors to the Fair to speak with you directly. We ask that anyone who exhibits at the Fair designate a person who will be available for interacting with participants (via phone or Zoom) on the day of the Fair. This information will be kept on our website indefinitely (minus the Zoom link).

In addition we will have presentations, workshops and an opportunity for people to “mingle/network.”

Once you have registered we will send you the specs for sending us your logo. We will also need a link to a Zoom account if you want to make that available.

This year we are charging $200 for for-profit organizations and $35 for not-for-profit organizations. We will have "early-bird" pricing of $175 for for-profit organizations and $30 for not-for-profit organizations who sign up and make payment prior to February 1, 2021. (You can finalize your virtual fair plans and details by February 19, 2021.) This fee includes exhibit space at the Fair, listing on our website indefinitely and a list of visitors to the Fair who have agreed to share their contact information with you.

You can register at this page and pay for your virtual “booth” at this page

Here is another event that is similar to what we are doing (without the Zoom capability)

We are happy to provide an event with no social distancing, no face masks, no crowd noise, no exhibitor siting issues, no weather or parking concerns; just an enjoyable, relaxing, healthy atmosphere! (Sorry, we can't provide hot drinks and snacks this time.)

We have nearly twenty committed exhibitors already and hope that you will be the next one to participate!

Please feel free to forward this letter to any organization, business or person you think might be interested in exhibiting at our Fair.

Call me if you have any questions about this. As always, I look forward to hearing from you,
