Friends and Colleagues,
An important update regarding the CDFSC Conference. We will reserve an area for those wishing to wear a mask. Please see details below. Also, recognizing that some people may now decide to attend the conference, we will keep the registration open until Sunday. Thank you.

Please register for the conference at:  https://forms.gle/2KPGJ6ovhm4RrReu8

Masked Seating Area
In response to accessibility and health needs, the conference will include a designated masked seating area in the main venue. This area will be located near the rooms airflow and supported by portable air filtration. Free high filtration masks will be available at the table for any attendee who wishes to use them.

These steps are intended to reduce risk and make participation more accessible, particularly for immunocompromised and higher-risk community members, while recognizing that no indoor gathering can be completely risk free. We invite all participants to respect the masked area and to mask when in or near this space.

Best,
The CDFSC Conference Committee
