Checking project Q1 release plan

Hello Capirca team,

I started looking at this project today to help out my network team.  I saw a pull request -- https://github.com/google/capirca/pull/48 -- which says "We plan on completely migrating over to open source Capirca in first quarter of 2016 for internal use too (and getting rid of internal version), it's best if you see how it looks then and suggest changes then."

Are you on target for the Q1 release?  Is there anything that you need help with?  I may be able to swing some of my work time towards contributions if it also helps out my team.
