Subject: SZ AGM 2026

Hello SZ clubs,

 

The SZ Executive committee are looking at having the zone AGM in February 2026. It’s looking like the PAWA AGM will be in March so we need to make sure we have our meeting prior. As we get closer we will secure a date. Meeting will most likely be via Zoom so its logistically easier for all. If you’re club has any motions or general business for the zone AGM please forward this to me at any time and I’ll collate for the agenda.

 

All positions on the committee will be vacant and we ask all clubs to engage their members and encourage anyone who think they might want to hold a position. If we don’t fill roles then the zone doesn’t function or exist! Please see attached all the position descriptions so members can see what the role entails. Any questions please let me know.

(Please note: myself and Jodi Dunlop (President) will be stepping down for 2026, opting for a much needed break and allowing for new faces on the committee!)
