Hi all,

 

I will endeavour to get the minutes from last nights AGM and General Meeting completed and sent out in the coming days. However we still have vacancies for the following positions on the zone committee and we are calling for nominations from willing and able Southern Zone members. Please distribute this to your members.

 

• Secretary/Treasurer
• Zone Coach

 

I’ve attached position descriptions for the roles. Help and guidance is available for anyone wanting to put their hand up.

 

Please let me know if anyone in your club is wanting to put forward a nomination for either of the roles. I will recheck the zone constitution but we will need to run another general meeting to appoint members for the roles.
