Please see attached SZ AGM and GM agenda  - to be held via zoom meeting on Monday 9th Feb @ 7.45pm (please note zoom link is not available yet,  but will be forwarded out via email closer to Monday.)

If there is anything you'd like added to the agenda, please reach out to have this added.

Note that Zoe and Jodi have been on this committee, as our delegates for the last couple of years - and are now stepping down.

If you are keen to jump on board the SZ committee, please jump onto the zoom or if you are wanting to volunteer for a zone role but can’t make the meeting feel free to reach out to Zoe or Jodi.

Hi all,

 

Please see attached DRAFT agenda’s for the AGM and General Meeting. Also attached is last years minutes from AGM and the GM held at Kojonup club in August.

 

As per Jodi’s message please ensure any general business items are sent through by Friday 6^th Feb so I can collate and send out final agenda. Please also let me know your 2 club delegates who will be attending the meeting. Jodi will send out the ZOOM link once we have it set up.
