Dear Board Members,
I hope that this finds everyone dry :)
I know that, at times, you may be tempted to send a "funny" note or
forwarded message to the entire group, but I ask that you refrain from
"spamming" the group. It is important that all email communication to
the Board be CVA business.
We do not want to get into monitoring and approving emails because
that can be a time sink. For now, we should self-police and keep the
emails for official biz.
