Hello All,

 

Attached please find the card front and back with the most recent list of vendors, also a sponsor agreement, and the organization agreement.

 

I need a sponsorship form from American Real Estate and Liberty Mutual - preferably today if anyone else has any other sponsors we could use 3 more.

 

Last chance to change the look of the card, it will be black with silver writing

You have to sign the organization agreement and then fax it in. We are purchasing 1,000 cards for a total cost of $1,250 ( 500 costs $1,000 so I figured the 1,000 made more sense, only 250 more) We also have to pay for the cards within 14 days of receipt of the cards or they will bill my credit card.

 

Nobody better use my credit card!!!!

 Sorry,Liberty Mutual was not approved. I just find out from my mgr.

Family Rehab Clinic, Inc 231 Main St wants to get involved and Flora wants to meet to CVAB to see how they can help. Please let me know.
