Changes to CTRB meetup group

Hi all,

The mostly unused CTRB meetup.com group is about to change to Cape
Town Backend Developers. This group will host talks on backend topics
for multiple languages and toolsets.

If you feel that it is important for CTRB to have a Ruby specific
meetup group, you are welcome to start up another meetup.com group
with the title Cape Town Ruby Brigade (or anything else appropriate).

The reason a CTBD group is not simply being created from scratch is
that Wilhelm Kirschbaum has kindly been sponsoring the current meetup
account and now wants to put these resources into CTBD. The easiest
way to do this is simply to change the name.

If you have any feelings at all on the formation of the new group
please join us at #ctbd on the ZA Developers Slack team to discuss.
Having not even had a meeting yet, almost everything is up for debate.

#ctrb and this list remain open for Ruby conversation too.
