I just realized that when transporting the hull in its new workshop, section 5 broke. I will have to make a scarf. see picture. today, I carved bilge keel

I did exactly the same thing. It happened when I tried to fit the trim to stiffen that section. I eventually laminated a curve into the trim before I fitted it. It was much easier then. Daniel

Hi. Now i am laminating this part and i found this plywood beam a little weak so i put some fiberglass tape like a sandwich bettwen the plywood layers. Make a more strong beam. Was small pieces of carbon fiber and normal glass.
