Although I am a long way off from needing sails, I am interested in knowing where you guys have purchased your sails from? What kind of turn around, quality and cost. Thanks!

Cost will vary depending on material used.  For Elvee, and this is Canadian dollars, we spent about 5000.00 staysail, main and genoa and sail cover.  We later had a tanbark yankee made.  The staysail and yankee are on rollers so this adds to the cost over a hoisted sail.  A friend building a similar boat/rig got an estimate from the same sail loft using plain white Material (we used Classic Cream) came in about 3800.00.  We used a local sailmaker that has been a family business for 100 years experienced in building gaff sails.  Plus, we like to buy local whenever possible.
