Ok, my build (for better or worse) just officially began. I am cutting the bulkheads from the plywood on my CNC table.   Anyone else do it this way? Got any tips for cutting this stuff? Bits, speeds etc?
Thanks!

Can you post a picture of your CNC machine. I would like to set one up to cut kits in Australia, but would need some more volume first. One thing that will be important is to make sure the plywood does not move while cutting.I think you will need a 6mm radius bit to cut the notches for the stringers.
Now the fun begins. Cheers Ron

A 6mm diameter bit (3mm radius) will work fine and should allow a faster cutting speed than a larger bit.

If you don't have a vacuum table to hold the plywood down then fasten it to the table with plastic nails or plastic staples, which can be cut by the bit without damaging it.

Sure.  It's a kit that i purchased from CNCRouterParts.com (now AVIDCNC).It's their PRO4896 model. http://www.cncrouterparts.com/pro4896-4-x-8-cnc-router-kit-p-253.html

I am using 1/4" which is close to 6mm.  Using a 2 fluted straight bit, which leaves the edges a bit fuzzy. They clean up good with  a little sanding. For the next set of cuts I will get a compression bit and try it.
