ORAL TESTIMONY – Registration is REQUIRED for any legislators, public officials, and members of the public who plan to present oral testimony either in person or virtually. Those planning to testify must register in advance and must do so by Thursday, June 8th, at 1:00 PM. Once registered, please monitor your email for further instructions on joining the hearing.
Please note that oral testimony has a time limit of 4 minutes per person. The Chairs ask that panels limit themselves to a maximum of 4 individuals per panel. Panels should plan to present themselves as a group either fully in person or fully remotely.

ORDER OF TESTIMONY - The Chairs, at their discretion, will determine the order of testimony during the course of the hearing. It is the responsibility of the individuals registered to testify to be prepared to speak when called upon by the Chairs. In the event that an individual is called by the Chairs and that person is not logged into the Teams platform or physically present in the hearing room, the Chairs will move on and call the next individual or panel.
