Public hearing in Plymouth next Thursday/Carpool?

Hi All,

MassDEP has issued their tentative determination to deny Holtec the Surface Water Permit because their plan is illegal under the Ocean Sanctuaries Act.  There is a written public public comment period supporting the final decision to deny the permit due by August 31. The next step is an open public meeting scheduled for next week in Plymouth. We are having a rally on Plymouth Town Hall green at 5:00 and the public hearing begins at 6:00 at the town hall Great Hall. Sign up here to speak:
