Dear All,

As you all know, our democracy is very fragile. Even here in MA, the legislature is considering approving Governor Healey's energy bill to repeal the state law that prohibits new nuclear power reactor construction and operation without voter approval. See attached flyer action alert. Both Senator Cyr and Senator Fernandes are on the Telecommunications, Utilities, and Energy committee. They need to hear from you.

Also, Holtec is still considering dumping the radioactive wastewater into Cape Cod Bay. It's not over yet! Holtec appealed the state denial of the NPDES permit and we are waiting for the final decision. Mark your calendar for the next NDCAP meeting on November 24. We need to show up and resist this ongoing threat to our communities.
