Heres some things I did last fall.

First I made this custom spade for metal detecting. My other ones are either too big or too small. This ones just right. I used mild steel and heat treated the edge.

Next a bike with a motor. I wanted to use a belt drive. This was just a quick dirty trial thing to see if any of it would actually work. It worked pretty good but the motor is only 3hp.

I picked up this 1984 Honda odyssey buggy. This pucture is from the day I got it. Its a little differant now. I rebuilt the everything including the engine 2 times. It hauls ass now.

Next is a plow mount for my riding mower. I got the mower for free and rebuilt it and paid $40 for the plow. Its for a differant machine so there isnt a mount available. This was before paint. I forgot to attach an image of me using the plow so its at the end.

Last is a replacement grill for my coal stove. When I received the stove the grill was shattered. The one I built is on the right. Its made from 3/4" x 1" mild steel. It worked flawlessly all winter and I had no problems with warping.

These are very recent builds within the past 2 months or so.

First, this is a log splitter head I made for my hydraulic press. It worked but its not very practical. I saved the head in case I build a real splitter.

I picked up this small trailer for free. The one under it was free as well. I am rebuilding both but I am taking my time with the larger one. This small strailer was completely stripped. All rust removed. Everything rebuilt including axles. I used a cheap sprayer from home depo to paint and brushes on primer. The wood is mostly reclaimed deck board. All of the hardware and the fenders where purchased new.

Here's a quick shot of a 1972 era snowblower I completely over hauled. It was in sad shape when I bought it for $25. I put another $50 Into it. The thing runs amazing now and its in really great shape.

I built a fence for our raised bed garden. Mostly to keep our dogs out. The gate I fabricated from steel and made it self closing.

Just 2 days ago I built this hitch for my ford ranger. I usually use my suburban to tow and that has a hitch. I had gotten by using my bumper to tow random things if I had to. I didn't like how high the bumper was and nothing would sit level. So I built this hitch. I made it stick out a bit because it will really make someone sorry to rear end me.
