I am trying to get this information out to everyone. People aren't
opening emails that have been sent from our main program that we use
to send out communications. So I am going back to the Google Group to
get the word out. Please copy and paste the LINK in each letter to
book your room, you MUST use this link to book.

U16 Player and Parent Letter below & U19 Player and Parent Letter is

Dear Parent,

A group block of rooms has been reserved for your team by your team
leader for the 2012 National Indoor Tournament U14 & U16. These rooms
are available to you on a first come first serve basis and must be
reserved by first week of February, 2012. Please pay close attention
to the cut-off dates and cancellation dates posted on the website as
the hotels are adhering to these dates.

Please go to our website below and scroll down to Hotel Information
and Registration Form...continue scrolling down until you reach your
teams’ hotel and click ‘Select Hotel which will take you to the
‘Registration Form’. Please fill out this form including your team
name and credit card information. Upon completing this information –
press ‘Click to Review’ and then proceed to ‘Click to Submit’. It is
imperative that you click both of these buttons otherwise your
reservation will not be submitted.
