Below is the information regarding booking a hotel for South Hadley
Qualifier

Now, since this is a very close qualifier, most just drive in the AM.
The option is there for us to book the girls hotel rooms. If you want
me to book your daughter a hotel room, let me know. I will book 1 room
for each set of 4 players that want to stay the night prior! If we
get 5 players, I will book 2 rooms and split the girls up to 3 and 2
per room.

Howard Johnson is available at the rate of $89 for doubles or singles,
the rate includes complimentary breakfast. Howard Johnson has 100
guest rooms. The Howard Johnson in Hadley is right on Route 9, about
19 minutes from Mount Holyoke College with plenty of amenities to keep
everyone occupied. They have some of the largest rooms in our hotel
group, free wi-fi, laundry room and fitness center.

The Econo Lodge is available at the rate of $89 for doubles or
singles, the rate includes complimentary breakfast. The Econo Lodge
has 63 guest rooms. The Econo Lodge in Hadley is also right on Route
9, about 19 minutes from Mount Holyoke College. The Econo Lodge is a
Platinum Award winning property. The Econo Lodge has an indoor pool,
outdoor patio area, laundry room, free wi-fi and complimentary
breakfast.

The Clarion Hotel and Conference Center is available at the rate of
$89 for singles or doubles. The Clarion Hotel and Conference Center
has 122 rooms. The Clarion Hotel and Conference Center is located
right of exit 18 on I-91 in Northampton, about twenty minutes from
Mount Holyoke College. The Clarion Hotel offers indoor and outdoor
pools, tennis courts, arcade room, free wi-fi, business center and has
its own restaurant in house: Page's Loft.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites is available at the rate of $110
for singles or doubles, the rate includes complimentary breakfast. The
Holiday Inn Express has 100 guest rooms. The Holiday Inn Express is
about 6 minutes from Amherst College, is located right on Route 9. The
Holiday Inn offers an indoor pool, fitness center, meeting room and
banquet facilities, outdoor patio area, laundry room, wi-fi, and a
complimentary breakfast.
