Greetings from the Trinity Fellows Program at Marquette University! Trinity Fellows is now accepting applications for our 2020 cohort and we believe this opportunity may be of interest to you, your staff, volunteers, or alumni. We invite you to share information about our program to those interested and eligible in pursuing a master’s degree while deepening their commitment to social justice.
Trinity Fellows Program Overview:
The Trinity Fellows Program is a 21- month study/work graduate fellowship program dedicated to developing urban leaders with a commitment to social and economic justice. While engaged in full-time graduate study, Fellows work at area nonprofit agencies 18 hours per week for two academic years and 40 hours per week during the intervening summer.
Trinity offers fellowships in 15 fields of study: Business, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Communication, Corporate Communication, Economics, Educational Policy and Leadership, English, History, International Affairs, Management, Applied Philosophy, Political Science, Public Service, Spanish, or Theology. Up to 12 fellowships will be awarded per year. The deadline to apply is January 15, 2020.
Eligibility, Benefits, Fees:
Qualified applicants must be accepted to their chosen master’s degree program at Marquette (see Graduate School or Graduate School of Management for further details), and must have completed service in AmeriCorps, the Peace Corps, Jesuit Volunteer Corps, or a comparable full-time volunteer organization OR completed 2+ years of full-time employment with a nonprofit organization. The length of full-time service commitment should be no less than ten months; one or more years preferred. There is no time limit between close of service and application to our program.
