Subject: General_ TLC Training Course for Senior Membership

Good morning Commanders,

Group VI is holding a TLC Course on October 11 & 12 (Sat & Sun).

This is a great course to attend to gain the necessary skill set in working with cadets.

I've attached the list of members lacking  TLC.    We have a number of cadets that are now Seniors.   This course would be beneficial for their career.

Please encourage at least 2- 3 members to attend.   I know it's up in the north end of the Group, but worth the drive.

As I mentioned previously, I am a discussant leader at a conference in NYC on Saturday and Sunday, Oct 11-12.  I would definitely have wanted to attend.
