Please schedule 30 min of time for your newest CAP CPPT requirement.

After logging in to eservices, go to LMS (Learning Management System).
Scroll down to "Cadet Programs" and click on the CPPT for Seniors.

I was able to complete mine with Lt Col Mesonas after our TLC a few weeks ago and it was completely painless, I promise!
If it would be easier for you to take as a class, we can plan one soon.

After taking the online portion, there is a summary conversation we will have for final sign off. We can do these in groups as you complete the online course.
I have 14 Senior Members (all) who need to complete this task, let's try to get online done this weekend and the summaries in this coming Monday night.
If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to call/test/email me. I'm here to help.

All adult members must complete the Cadet Protection Basic Course by 1 July 2015.

Cadet Protection Basic Course (20-30 minutes)
  • Training for adult volunteers on how to interact with cadets safely and reduce the risk of abuse.
  • For all senior members, cadet sponsor members and cadets aged 18+
  • Offered online through LMS (seniors - cadets) or as a lesson plan for in class training.
Recommended best practice: Get your squadron together and take the course as a group in a classroom setting.
This way, you can relate the teaching points to how you operate in your local unit.
Thereafter, newcomers would take the course through Level I.
  • Course completion requires a summary conversation signed off by one of the following: Commander, Deputy Commander, Deputy Commander for Cadets, Deputy Commander for Seniors, Director of Cadet Programs, Director of Personnel, Director of Professional Development, Personnel Officer, Professional Development Officer & Vice Commander
  • Members obligated to complete this course must refresh their training every 48 months.

Thank you for your efforts in staying compliant.
