1.  The 2015 End of Year [EOY] Awards MUST be forwarded NO LATER THAN 01 January 2015 to
DCS A-1DP, Lt Col Ralph Kugel, at RKu...@flwg.us, in order to be considered for award.  

2.  THIS IS A FIRM DATE, so PLEASE, do not submit late nominations and expect those 
to be considered.  THIS WILL NOT OCCUR.  The process is very labor intensive and in 
complying with the mandates of SER and CAP NHQ, the suspense date has been established 
to allow enough time for submission, review and selection.

3.  The documents for assisting with composition of an award are attached.  Please review all
as specific mandates are listed that have to be met in order to qualify for specific awards.  
Should you have any questions, check the regulations, and also NHQ "Knowledgebase"
on the CAP NHQ web site.  Last resort, PLEASE contact your Personnel Officer.

4.  REMEMBER, so few nominations are received every year.  Recognize those who are always there,
participating in missions and support.  EVERY member may submit a nomination, so please, 

provide this information to your members and encourage those to prepare their own submission..
