Color Guard Team,

 

The details below describe our  upcoming volunteer community service for the Air Force Association's 50th Anniversary Banquet. You were observed at the Group 6 Banquet and appropriately requested for your professionalism.

 

I will need a confirmed commitment from those who plan to participate after locking the date in with your Parent(s) ASAP. Lt Col Montalvo is awaiting my confirmation.

 

Date:      Saturday night, July 26. 

Where:   Embassy Suites in WPB 1601 Belvedere Road 33406.  

Time:     1700 Practice.

              1800 Color Guard Presentation.

              2000 Retiring the Colors.  

 

The actual dinner will start at 1800, it would be our pleasure to have your four cadets and you as our guests at dinner.  

It is the 50th anniversary of the Air Force Associations presence in Florida and we are very happy to have you join us.
