struggling to introduce Spectrum OS to CapDesk

Spectrum ( https://spectrum-os.org/ ) is kinda like Qubes but nicer.

I saw somebody talking about window labels, and I wanted to verify that they're familiar with app / window naming in CapDesk.

I tried to go from https://github.com/dckc/awesome-ocap to http://www.combex.com/papers/darpa-report/html/index.html but combex.com seems down. and erights.org

clues?

It seems down for me too. I have no idea why. I'll try to look into it this weekend.
