The teachers have to be an AEM (Joe Zwirblia: I believe you said you have one AEM working with your squadron?). If you know of a deserving teacher who is not an AEM, have them join!!

Aerospace Education Professionals,

The attached file is to pass on to anyone who may qualify for this prestigious award. The A. Scott Crossfield Aerospace Education Teacher of the Year Award is a teacher award that recognizes and rewards public school teachers in grades K-12 for outstanding achievements in aerospace education. This award is administered by the National Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) and this is the 25^th year for this award to be presented. The deadline for submissions is May 1, 2011. Please forward the attachment with a short explanation to any AEMs or other CAP members who are qualified to apply for this award. Thank you for supporting the teachers and giving them these wonderful opportunities.
