CHAMBER BUSINESS

If you don't know where you are going, you'll end up someplace
else. ~ Yogi Berra

Christmas is in the air and people are in the midst of hustle and
bustle. Isn't it great? The Chamber is also in the midst of hustle
gathering updated information for our members to submit to the Canyon
Lake Times Guardian for the upcoming 2007 Canyon Lake & Guadalupe River

early next year. If you are a current member of the Chamber, please
make sure we have your current information as soon as possible,
including email address and website, as we are including Business Name,
Phone, Email and Website in 2007's Guide! If you are interested in a
separate advertisement of your Business in the Guide, please contact
the Times Guardian as soon as possible! 830-907-3882.

If you are seeking customers, consider the unique and affordable
opportunity to air your business on KGNB 1420 AM Radio! The
Chamber's weekly radio show, "Looking at the Lake" airs each
Thursday at 1:00 PM. Grab a sponsorship spot before they are gone!
December 28 (in time to promote a New Year's Eve event), January 4

HABITAT FOR SAFE SENIORS

Help/Volunteers Needed

The Habitat for Safe Seniors is setting up a new Senior Center! The
Center is actually a house that has to be moved from its present
location before the Holidays or they cannot get the required permit.
The move is scheduled for next Wednesday 12/20/06. Volunteers are
needed to pick up any shrubs and surrounding vegetation that they may
want from the old property. Volunteers are also needed to pick up
concrete pads and blocks. They are also in need of a truck and trailer
to haul all the above.

Their most desperate need is for donations towards the utilities hook
up and repairs and remodeling once the building is set.

ANYONE wishing to help with this move for our new Senior Center please
contact Rondah Savage at (210) 347-8207.
