Duplicate of issue #59.

Running "make examples" isn't "compiling", really; it's just running a
series of commands that produces the examples, because I didn't want the
examples to have to rely on any particular server-side scripting language
on your web host. For a real-world application, you'd probably use your
favorite server-side scripting language instead. If you need help getting
this to work, you can ask on the discussion group.
