CAN Closed Friday, 1/23

Hi everyone,

Due to the extreme cold temperatures, all CAN sites will be closed tomorrow, Friday, 1/23. Site directors, please make sure to alert your community members. Below is some warming center information if anyone needs it. Everyone stay safe. 

Three county buildings are open tomorrow to be used as warming shelters due to extreme cold. All warming center locations for tomorrow are as follows:

• Learning Resource Center, 4135 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor (8:30am - 5:00pm)
• Downtown Administration Building, 220 N. Main, Ann Arbor (8:30am - 5:00pm)
• Health Department, 555 Towner St., Ypsilanti (8:30am - 5:00pm)
• Delonis Center, 312 W. Huron St., Ann Arbor
• St. Mary's Student Parish, 331 Thompson St., Ann Arbor (8am - 4pm)

 

HAWC will be fully operational tomorrow despite the county closure. You can call them from 8:30am – 5:00pm at (734) 961-1999. If it is after hours, call 211 or the Delonis Center directly at (734) 662-2829.
