Users not able to load thier profile pictures. Option not enabled

Dear Community members,

Users not able to load their profile pictures. Is thier option that I can enable from the Admin side that users will be able to load profile pictures.

On the account settings page there is an option labeled "User Avatars". That should do the trick.
