imports stuck at queued

Hi Everyone,

We tried to import canvas imscc files into about a dozen or so classes, but it is stuck at the queued stage.  It has been sitting there for two days now.  Is there a way to reset the queue so we can start importing again?  Thanks.

Queued jobs show up at https://<your canvas>/jobs. You can try deleting the job from there, but I'm not sure what the effect will be on the course import. 

That page should also show you if an error is occurring with the job, which might help fix the problem. Filter the jobs list to Failed jobs, select the failed job and click "Last error".

You can't actually delete failed jobs from the /jobs page. The delete button does absolutely nothing. We have a script that just finds all jobs with a status of failed and removes them from the database.
