BigBlueButton Plugin is not saving settings.

I installed canvas following the Production Wiki on ubuntu 20.04
When i try to save bigbluebutton plugin settings, it gives an error and doesn't save them.

/var/canvas/log/production.log file is attached to the this forum topic. You can open it and check logs.

I whould check if settings table's owner is correct in database

Other plugins can save their settings without any problem. The saving problem only occurs on BigBlueButton plugin.

yes. i have same issue. fresh updated canvas.
bbb plugin disable - ok
activate it again - can not save settings.

I think we should open issue on github

ypu can use bbb lti instead

what is bbb lti? i have problem with canvas, not bbb. i can use bbb without a problem on its own

lti module should be installed on bbb side

meanwhile how can we contact CanvasLMS developers and report BBB plugin saving bug?
I created an issue on Github but there is no reply from them

they almost never reply.
I do not know the way to push.
Sometimes they check this group.
As to github a lot depends on to him ticket is assigned by system.

then canvas is dead?
I would stop using canvas if it wasn't up to my employer.

why dead?
activly developed. 
But users issue reports and Pull requests more often unresponded by team or have very long reponce time.
In rear cases they react fast, may be when case is really important for them.
