Problem with PPA repository

This error occurred when giving the following command, can anyone help me resolve this?
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:instructure/ruby

ruby packages for ubuntu 24.04 is not available yet.

Yeah 24.04 is totally busted, you need 22.04 still as of writing
