Hi! Good day to all!

I need help :(...

I tried to run Canvas iOS App using my Canvas LMS Site ...It says.. Server is not authorized... :(

Is there a way to authorize my Canvas site?...

Edward,

The iOS app does not work with the open source version of Canvas.  

That is why you are getting the authorization error.

Erwin,
It seems that the IOS app has the Oauth information hard coded in it. So this needs to be changed in the source.

I guess we can't tweak the code of an existing iOS app :( ... I have a thinking that may be it requires partnership with Canvas company to fully customize the LMS and the iOS app.. hmmm dont have resources (money) to do partnership... hmm am I hopeless? pls help!...

Yes, you have to be a paid, hosted customer of Instructure to use their iPad app.  Self-hosted companies on the open source version can not use it.

Well yeah! You are right...  I really have to invest with this.. It dosent mean that if its free, it's free all the way just like Moodle.. hahah!
