Hello,

When I try to upload or browse course media i receive the two errors in the attached screenshot.

Error 1
Something went wrong. Check your connection, reload the page, and try again.

Error 2
Something went wrong.

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')

In my canvas-rce-api log I see:

"GET /api/session HTTP/1.1" 304 -  "https://canvas.domain.com/courses/1/pages/home-page/edit"

I don't think I see any errors in /var/canvas/log/production.log

In apache2/other_vhosts_access.log i see:

"GET /api/documents?contextType=course&contextId=1&content_types=video,audio&sort=created_at&order=desc HTTP/1.1" 404

Has anyone encountered this issue? I saw a few similar posts but none of them yielded a fix that worked for me.

Appreciate the help,

Josh

Still working on fixing this

When in the RCE editor, i choose Image > Upload image and select an image, it does appear in the Upload Image window preview.

But when I press Submit, the image does not appear in the body of the content i am editing.

I also receive the message: Something went wrong. Check your connection, reload the page, and try again.

Furthermore, if I go to Account > Files > Course Name > the image does not appear in the course files listing anywhere.

canvas-rce-api logs show only http 304 messages

log/production.log

ActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/api/folders/media"):
