Canvas Development Installation - Nginx Bad Gateway

Hello all,

I have run the build script to install canvas-lms on ubuntu 18.04 successfully. I have dory running, as confirmed by dory status.

However although docker-compose up -d works,  trying to access http://canvas.docker gives me a nginx 502 bad gateway error. Does anyone know how I could fix this or have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

I should mention that I am following the quick start guide to set up canvas for development.
