Request for Help Enabling LTI Resource API on Canvas LMS

Hi team,

I set up a Canvas LMS instance from the open-source project on GitHub. However, when I try to call the API to get the list of LTI resources, I keep getting a 404 error.

Could you help me understand why this is happening? Is there a way to enable this API on our instance?
