Canvas App for an Open Source Installation?

I want to install the open source version of Canvas but wanted to know if there is an app that our students can use on the iPad or Android to access an open source installation of Canvas? We currently have a Moodle installation and there are free apps that our students can download to access their Moodle courses. I am hoping the same thing exists for Canvas.

The mobile version of Canvas is not available to my knowledge but the site is very accessible through an IPad normally. The functionality with a phone is not very good in the Open Source version.

I think someone has already developed iOS/Android apps for open source installation of Canvas.
