REST API - get user's timezone?

I see there is a way to change a user's timezon in the REST API.

POST /api/v1/accounts/:account_id/users user[time_zone]

But is there a way to get the user's timezone?  This doesn't return a timezone ...

GET /api/v1/users/:user_id/profile

You can get user's time zone from Google Calendar Api. 

GET https://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/users/me/settings/timezone
