Issues with tmp files being generated for File Downloads in Courses

I was wondering if anyone was experiencing the same problem I am having. When students donwload the files from the Course files tab, they are creating files in the tmp folder...

If anyone is having these same issues, how are you working around them? Do you create a script to clean the folder?
