Please help - PG::Error: ERROR: function string_agg(text, unknown) does not exist

Hello, 

I've spent days trying to install Canvas on CentOS 6.5. Finally, it seems that everything is there. 

I have Ruby 1.9.3, PosgreSQL 9.1, bundler 1.5.3 

When I try to run 

RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake db:initial_setup

I get PG::Error: ERROR: function string_agg(text, unknown) does not exist

Here is my log file. 

Any idea?

Are you sure it's a default Postgres install? string_agg is clearly documented at http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.1/static/functions-aggregate.html.
