Canvas API for updating score/grade in assignment

Hello,

We are working on a project where we want to update a grade in canvas for an assignment using the Canvas API. Which is the correct API to to use to update an assignment grade? Is it the score API https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/score.html?  Your help is greatly appreciated.

I've done this in the past. What I did was this:

https://mycanvas.com.br:443/api/v1/courses/100/assignments/600//submissions/8?submission[posted_grade]=10

id_course = 100;

id_assignment = 600;

id_user = 8;

grade = 10;
