Inside Course | People | Sorry, Something Broke

For some reason, any time you enter a course and click on People, the result is an error page without a lot to go on. "Sorry, Something Broke"

I look in the production.log file and can see the SQL Statements bringing in the user_id's and other information from the database. Not really seeing any errors there or in Apache logs..

Anyone see this or have an idea on where to look/fix?
