Canvas -Truste Children's Privacy

Hi guys, is the Truste Children's Privacy for the COPPA act required for Canvas if it's targetted towards children? This is a really confusing matter, something I think a lawyer would need to look at.

Interesting question, it applies to children 13 and younger. So, if you aren't higher ed you might want have legal take a closer look.
