Unable to Preview PDF/DOCx files

Hi,

I am using Canvas May 2014 release and I was able to view preview of my uploaded PDF and DOCs files, but now the files are not showing the preview. Any idea what happend, i verified the error reports also, there is nothing unusual. i have verified in Chrome, Internet Explorer 9 and Fire Fox.

Hi,

When I click on the page it is directing to the Google Docs page, I tried to pop up in a page and got the URL https://docs.google.com/viewerng/viewer?url=https://revtrain.revenuemed.com/courses/182/files/4419/download?verifier%3DY9UfMahpcYakyJ76uAytkHJAObwTTd1Zads10TV4. Attached the screen shot of the error page.

This issue was resolved, there was some intranet permission issues to https://docs.google.com/viewerng
