Video file preview not working

Steps:

1. Uploaded a mp4 file into LMS app

2. Uploaded file added into modules as files.

3. When loading that page, It is not loading the preview.

4 Getting a message in console like "Kaltura has not been enabled for this account"

Can you please give me the solution for fix it.

Step 4 is telling you the problem: you haven't enabled Kaltura (a streaming video server) for your Canvas. Assuming that Kaltura set up, and assuming that you're self-hosting your Canvas, you can go to http(s)://yourcanvas/plugins, and configure the Kaltura plugin.
