Automate group leader?

Hi Folks, 

Is there a way to set a group leader via the API or SIS Import? I can't find it in any docs. There's reference to a group "moderator", but that is not the same as group leader, and I can't actually figure out what the moderator does.

I know that we’ve done this for our “Canvas Spaces” (account-level) feature, but it might have been in our plugin. I’ll take a look on Monday and check.

Yup, we do it in a rails plugin; there's no public API for it. Find the group, set the `leader_id` field to the ID of the leader, save the record.
